About this property
Stunning Abersoch Home with Hot Tub and Ocean Views
Just a few minutes drive from the beach and downtown Abersoch, our home comfortably sleep up to 20 people in luxury and comfort. There's 8 bedrooms, a games room (including a pool table and large projector), two spacious lounges, and a hot tub with gorgeous views of the coastal countryside to make your stay a favourite for years to come.
If you're looking for a quiet getaway for your family or company retreat, look no further! Bryn Felin is the place you want to be.
Our wonderful home has been in the family for over three decades and we know you and your guests will love the space as much as we have! Your local Host Leigh looks after the house and is on hand for anything you need, just reach out.
Key features...
- 5 min drive from Abersoch centre, 5 min drive from Hells Mouth beach, and 2 min drive/15 min walk to the Sun Inn pub.
- 8 bedrooms sleeping up to 21 people. 6 of those beds are bunk beds for smaller/younger children (aged 10 or younger), so the property can accommodate 15 adults across the 5 queen beds and 5 single beds.
- A lofted space can sleep two extra children, but we highly recommend children over the age of 10 as the steps are steep and the head height is quite restricting. Please use common sense and sound judgement when utilizing that extra space.
- Each room has unique views of the surrounding countryside and coast. Three bedrooms have patios. A fourth bedroom opens up to the upper stone deck where the hot tub and a small outdoor shower can be found.
- Outdoor hot tub with stunning views.
- Parking for 5-6 cars.
- 2 x pets (dogs only) permitted subject to agreement with the house rules.
- All showers and full bathrooms are upstairs. There are two toilets w/sinks on the ground floor (one in the hallway between the entrance & kitchen, and the other off the laundry room in the back next to the kitchen).
- Two main living rooms allow for ample seating space for your whole group to relax and unwind. The main living area, attached to the kitchen, is home to delightfully wide windows that allow for beautiful natural light to fill the space as you lounge on the couch. A large coffee table allows a great space for games to be played. The second living room is just behind the main one and has a television for easy and comfortable viewing.
- The outdoor patio holds cushioned seating for up to four with a table between. The back patio has a round table with seating of up to 8.
Need to know...
- We have fixed cots in 2 of the bedrooms. Linen not provided.
Who we think it's suitable for...
- Large groups of friends and families.
- Corporate guests wanting a well located spacious retreat.
