Ideal location for family or couples holidays by the seaside. Within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and Crail's historic harbour. Good for walking holidays on Fife Coastal Path. Free parking on-street outside cottage. Sleeps up to 5 in 2 bedrooms (one en-suite). Large private garden to rear with patio and attractive flower beds. No pets. Good base for visiting sandy beaches at Kingsbarns, Elie and St Andrews. Beautiful gardens at Cambo and Kellie Castle. Within easy travelling distance of 10 Championship Golf Courses. Day trips to the Isle of May National Nature Reserve during season. The villages and towns of the East Neuk of Fife are all within a few miles: Elie, St Monans, Pittenweem, Anstruther, Cellardyke. Days out in St Andrews and even to Dundee where the V&A is situated.

Why they chose this property
The property is situated close to the rocky cove at Roome Bay, an ideal spot for rock-pooling at low tide. Crail is a pretty village, with a much-photographed harbour, and is regularly voted one of the most picturesque harbours in the UK.
What makes this property unique
The property is in the conservation area of Crail, close to shops and restaurants. Free on-street parking outside the cottage.
