There is parking for up to three cars on the driveway, and the property is accessed via a small ramp from the parking area. The main living spaces are located upstairs at entrance level, while all three beautifully furnished bedrooms are on the lower floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The rooftop terrace is accessed via external stairs at the side of the house, providing a stunning outdoor space.
Inside, the spacious living area features a modern, well-equipped kitchen with all the latest appliances, including a wine cooling fridge and coffee machine. A large stand-alone fridge/freezer, cookware, and a small welcome hamper with complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar are also provided. For socializing in the kitchen, there's an island with bar stool seating. Beyond the kitchen, a sociable lounge area with two large sofas offers a comfortable place to relax, complemented by a wall-mounted TV.
