White kitchen with beautiful white counter tops, all new appliances and both downstairs bathrooms have been completely remodeled and all new furniture inside and out! Here is our old description and everything holds true but just know it’s all going to be completely updated and amazing!!!! ........

Beautifully Appointed Gulf Access Heated Pool Home Located in the coveted Rose Garden. This home is Situated on the Premiere 200'+wide "CASABA CANAL", only mins to the River & Gulf Of Mexico. This Beautiful home offers 3200 sq ft & features 6 bedrooms, 4 baths & Great Room. The Kitchen has a brand new electric Stove, Granite, & Custom Wood Cabinetry. Formal & Casual Dining Areas, inside & out, for entertaining. The Master bedroom is located on the 1st floor, Beautiful Master Bath with Gorgeous Walk-in Shower, Soaking Tub, & Double Vanities. Two additional Bedrooms & Pool Bath can be found on the 1st floor. Upstairs awaits you... 3 more Guest Rooms & 2 Baths to keep all our guests comfortable. Outside enjoy a spacious Lanai overlooking the Beautiful Heated Pool & Spa! Boaters will enjoy the Superb Boating Access, No Bridges or Locks! Composite Dock & large Captains Walk. If you are bringing a boat there is plenty of room to tie up to the dock. Relax under the Tiki Hut & enjoy the Boats and Fantastic Views! We have 2 Kayaks to use at the home (at your own risk of course). They are on an easy to use lift and you can spend hours enjoying the canals! Or if you like to stay home you can do the same from the hot tub or sitting on the dock, you will be amazed with all the wildlife you will see! This is outside living at its finest in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Cape Coral. You will enjoy every minute of your vacation in this home.
The owner has upgraded the TV's recently so we have the main living room and lanai TV hooked up to Cable & Roku. Then the Master bedroom, 1 downstairs bedroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms that have TV's with Roku & HD antennas to get basic channels. Roku allows you to be able watch your own netflix accounts on any of the TV's! If you have any questions please just ask.
We have fishing poles, bikes, kayaks, cooler, beach equipment, some pool floats, beach towels and more! Ask questions if you have them!

Ah-mazing!

This home was everything we could have asked for and more. The location was ideal and centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. Being on a major canal was a benefit to watching the boats go by and next time we will probably rent our own boat. The house itself was beautiful, every bedroom was well thought out. The pool & spa were perfect for for play & relaxing. Jill was great to communicate with on the minor questions that we had. AAA Highly recommend

Comfortable place

Easy entry and exit. Great location to boat from. The dock was a great place to enjoy the boat traffic. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temp. Comfortable couches, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely Beautiful Home

This home was just as advertised. Beautiful home, well stocked, clean and absolutely amazing. The check-in process was easy and the property manager, Jill, was awesome. The pool, spa and the view of the waterway were the best parts of our stay. The Cape Coral area was nice and the area restaurants were fantastic. Will definitely be booking another stay.

Family Vacation

Our Father and his 4 kids together for the week. Great time and the house gave us the room we needed. Early morning Ladyfish, snapper and trout cooperated too.

Great Place!

Beautiful house and property in a quiet neighborhood. WiFi had some periodic issues as did the hot tub. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Very rainy. But very Relaxing

The first two days of our stay was beautiful sunny weather. Then the rest of the week a tropical storm came through. Even through that, the house was designed for relaxing. We even sat by the pool during the rain and stayed dry. . Restaurants in the area excellent.

Better than expected!

We really enjoyed this beautiful home and the great location! Jill was very responsive. They've thought of everything here! We had a coolers, beach chairs, towels and pool toys to make our stay very enjoyable. The instructions were very detailed and we had no issues at all. The pool was the perfect temperature to enjoy it all times of the day. We would absolutely stay at this house again!

Great vibe!

Had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral in mid-February at the "Unbeatable" house with two other couples. The house has a great, relaxing vibe to it. Pictures and house description are accurately depicted. Nice open first floor layout with nice furnishings. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked dinner 3 nights and made big breakfast every day. Pool and hot tub were beautiful and in good working order. Fun to hang out on the deck overlooking the canal and watch boats go by. Some feedback from our group were the beds were a little soft and would like to have been more supportive for our backs. Also, there were too many TV/cable/stereo remotes and that got a little confusing on what controlled what. Weather was fantastic with gorgeous sunsets every night. Neighborhood area was nice for walks. Would stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had a great week-stay in this beautiful home! The house was perfect for 11 people, so spacious! The kids had a great time swimming in the pool/hot tub and fishing from the dock! We were even able to see a manatee and a couple dolphins right from the dock! The location was great, not far from some fantastic restaurants and bars—super peaceful at night! 10/10 recommend!

Very nice accommodations.

Reserved this property for week long golf trip. It was exceptionally clean and spacious. It’s our 5 th year doing this and this was the best property we’ve rented. The location is convenient to dining and the water. The host Jill was super nice and responsive. Definitely will be number one choice next year.

Yearly Family getaway in Cape Coral

Beautiful upgraded home with waterway access. This is our third year renting in Cape Coral and where extremely pleased with the home. We where a group of eight and the home was very accommodating for the group, pool was large and terrace very comfortable. Definitely recommend this property. Jill the property manager was available with all our requests and/or concerns. Thank for sharing your beautiful home with us. Looking forward to returning next year.

Highly recommend!!!

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. They did a fabulous job with the remodel after Ian. We spent most days at the beach, then came home to a great place to unwind for the night(especially the hot tub). On days we stayed in, grilling by the pool, kayaking in the canals or just relaxing watching the boats go by was great. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room in this house. We can’t say enough about how great this house is. Definitely will be back!!

Beautiful Property with lots of space for improvements

All in all we will remember our holiday as a great one but need to cover and highlight some issues we experience. Unfortunately the review system does not give us the possibility to reply to the owners(which will probably come after we post this one and will, or will not, present real events). The house is great. It was large for all of us (5 Adults and 6 children). Issues - No full size oven. This issue was known to the owner, but was neglected to inform us. We expected to be able to cook meals and eat together as a family yet since arrival we have to pick and choose what one thing we can bake and also have to split it in 2 batches due to only having access to a half size working oven. We were told a repair is coming, but the technician could not fix the issue. The oven we just assumed would be in working order during out stay, for 9days it is essentially a half size oven. We had 4 days (7/21-8/3) we had to wait for the spa to even turn on as we waited for the pool guy to repair. When we booked this location we specifically filtered for pool and hot tub these are amenities we expected to have during our entire stay. It is unfortunate these amenities were not checked and confirmed to be in working order before our arrival. The property manager (Jill)was reachable over the WhatsApp but surprised us with a very disturbing visit where she just stood outside the glass front door, monitoring what we are doing. She wanted "to see" if the pool slide door is getting closing and was, in her own words, "looking thru the door for a very very long time".This is Unacceptable ! She was even "funny" to mention that she did already walked on some guests naked, but "She" (!) didn't mind it.The bikes were out of order for 10 days. Reading the other reviews, we thought that if we tell Jill on time, these will get fixed. This was unfortunately not the case and we could not use the bikes for more then half of the booked time. We were asked no to set up the AC temp below 75.F (!). Sorry but this is a joke. Jill informed us that the AC upstairs is old and therefor should not be used during the day. The 2nd AC floor/last room was very load during the night and sounded like an urgent repair or replacement is urgently needed. Issues like that should be communicated in advance, before we arrive, and not confronting us with the known issues, that could have been mentioned in this listing. We are looking forward to hear back from owner/property manager regarding our claims.

Great Spot!

Beautiful and LARGE home. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. We spent about 23 hours a day in the pool. We rented a large pontoon boat from Speed Dock and tied up right off the dock. Cruised around on the boat to Sanibel, Captiva and many evening canal trips. Spotted manatee right off the dock. Location was nice and quiet but close to stores, restaurants, etc. My son even said “ that he never went back out the front door from the moment we arrived to the moment we left at the end of the week” so that tells you everything we needed for some family fun was right there!

The property was nice but not worth the money. We had 5 adults and 4 17-year-olds and were barely at the house due to a baseball tournament. We were told not to use the oven because the previous renters smelled gas. The expectations are to wash all towels before departure, but yet the dryer took forever and was flashing an error message "check vent" . We spent 3 hours before running to catch our plane to dry towels for 9. We were told to bring in the garbage cans in that were left on the curb and were covered with maggots, The tv in the master bedroom only had streaming which did not work 3 of the 6 days we were there. The hot tub remote sporadically worked and our deposit was held because we were blamed for getting it wet which we did not. We only used the pool twice and when the remote didn't work I kept it on the counter in the house. The pool guy told us it was the party property but we were blamed. We were reprimanded for having the AC set at 68 when it was 95-100 degrees. It was very expensive and not worth the aggrevation

Awesome home with great amenities!

As advertised, great location to get out to water, home has it all, very well equipped and owner has a lot of extras for guests to enjoy! Loved the pool and dock and patio, we lived outside!! Only hiccup was hot tub remote yet Jill was on it and pool guy fixed, home is very comfortable for many guest, can’t wait to come back!!
