Nice 3-bedroom apartment with capacity for up to 6 people, located in the heart of Valencia. Living-dining room with fully equipped open kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower. Air Conditioning by splits in living-dining room and bedrooms. Very well connected by bus and metro and just 1.2 km from the center, 4.5 km from the City of Arts and Sciences, 6.5 km from Las Arenas and Malvarrosa Beaches in Valencia and 18 km from the Albufera Natural Park.
The accommodation:
Apartment in a recently renovated building, located in the Arrancapins neighborhood (Extramurs). It has been decorated with carefully selected furniture where you will perceive a fresh, welcoming, and practical environment, with everything you might need during your stay.
The apartment, 83m2 in size, has the following spaces:
-Bright living-dining room with capacity for 6 diners equipped with a double sofa bed of 160x190cm, round dining table, HD TV and access to an elongated balcony.
- Open kitchen connected to the living room, fully equipped with small appliances (Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, juicer, water kettle, and blender).
- Cozy master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (equipped with walk-in shower, sink and toilet), king-size bed 150x190cm, mirror and spacious wardrobes.
- Second bedroom with a single bed of 90x200cm, wardrobe, and desk.
- Third bedroom with a single bed of 90x200cm, wardrobe, and access to balcony.
- 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher detergent, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand gel). Coffee capsules and a 1.5l mineral water bottle.

Extramurs is a residential district built as an extension of the old city of Valencia, with the aim of providing housing for the growing population. In fact, most of the buildings were constructed between 1900 and 1960.
In this area, it is really easy to fill your pantry, there are several supermarkets in the area where it is easy to find organic food.
The housing is located in the Arrancapins neighborhood, close to the Ángel Guimerá Metro station. A quiet residential area ideal for family visits, it is a 15-minute walk from the famous Rojas Clemente Market, 19 minutes on foot from the Quart Towers, 15 minutes from the Central Market, and 20 minutes from City Hall Square. In the surrounding area, you will enjoy numerous restaurants and local shops.
How to move:
Perfectly connected area by Bus, Metro, Taxi and Bike Lane that brings us 10 minutes to the Historic Center and 20 minutes to Malvarrosa Beach.
-Bus Stops:
Pérez Galdós - Conca, at 3 meters. (Line C3).
Perez Galdos - Martinez Aloy, at 300 meters (Line 71).
-Metro Station Ángel Guimerá, 750 meters away. (Lines 1, 2, 5 and 9).
