The Accommodation:
Duplex apartment in a recently renovated building, located in the Arrancapins neighbourhood (Extramurs). It has been decorated with carefully selected furnishings, creating a fresh, cosy, and practical atmosphere, with everything you may need during your stay.
The 114m² apartment includes the following spaces:
GROUND FLOOR:
- A bright living-dining area with seating for seven, equipped with two double sofa beds (100x200cm), a round dining table, an HD TV, and access to an elongated balcony.
- An open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with small appliances (Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, and blender).
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, and toilet.
- A cosy master bedroom with a 150x200cm double bed and spacious wardrobes.
FIRST FLOOR (access via stairs):
- A spacious open-plan second bedroom with a 150x200cm double bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, and two pouffes.
The apartment is provided with bed linen, one hand towel and one bath towel per person, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a welcome kitchen amenities pack (including a sponge, a tea towel, two rubbish bags, washing machine detergent, washing-up liquid, and two toilet rolls per bathroom). Bathroom amenities include hand soap. Complimentary coffee capsules and a 1.5L bottle of mineral water are also provided.
