Our Destiny sits on direct walkway to PRIVATE beach! This gulfside cul-de-sac community is one of Destin’s most exclusive and prestigious neighborhoods. Our Destiny ("Notre Destin de Plage") is an exceptional home with all updated and upgraded amenities for making forever family memories - playing, cooking, or relaxing. New plank flooring just installed! Beach service with two chairs and umbrella is included.
Our Destiny offers the best of comfortable family sleeping arrangements with 3 en-suite, king-bed rooms and a queen-size bed room with nearby bath. There are built-in triple bunk beds with personal lights and charging stations for kids. The living room has a 65" 4k Smart TV with Roku, and plenty of seating with bean bag loungers for the kids.

Gourmet kitchen is equipped with all appliances for the family chef, like stand-alone ice maker, large Cuisinart slow-cooker, heavyweight party blender, panini press, and a stand-alone convection oven – in addition to microwave and range oven. There is a convenient second refrigerator/freezer in garage.

Take a beach break around 7' deep pool. New high-end KitchenAid 4-burner grill with side cooking burner offers almost 700 sq" of cooking space. Newly constructed deck area provides shaded relaxation.

Parking for 6 cars on site with double garage and ample driveway.

Decide on your umbrella and chair selection* for beach fun and you don't need to think about beach space again. Chairs are set up in the morning and your family space is reserved all day. Enjoy the sparkling clear water or head back home for pool time or a quiet nap with no worries about your beachfront site.

*Beach Service Included (2 Chairs & 1 Umbrella). Available March - October.

Amenities included with your stay include:
- One complimentary round of golf with cart at Regatta Bay, per paid night stay.
- One complimentary half-day deep-sea fishing trip for one adult, per paid night stay.

Great home close to the beach!
There was plenty of space for our family. Walking distance to the beach. We liked having the garage to park in and the xtra refrigerator for drinks. The only downside was only having 1 bathtub for 4 littles. Also, the door to the laundry room was broke. Would definitely recommend!

Delightful home with plenty of room. Comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped, pool was small but very adequate for our needs. Short walk to private beach. Not much downside, a couple electric outlets nonfunctional, kitchen cabinets a bit dated, and the lack of beach towels. Overall would book again.

It was perfect. Very close walk to the beach! Private pools to get in after. New gas grill. Bedding was great. Slept well. Kitchen well equipped with everything. Will book again!

Beautiful home, excellent location
We had a great stay. The house was immaculate and well laid out. As others have stated, the pool is small but it has a nice area around it to congregate. Very close to the beach and shopping areas. We were able to schedule a grocery pickup from the Walmart down the road and picked it up with ease. Do note that when they state they've provided the essentials for a few days, they mean it. So plan for everything including toilet paper, Kleenex, washer detergent, paper towels and plates plus garbage bags. One thing that we were disappointed in was the grill. We had planned out quite a few meals with using the grill. Unfortunately it wasn't working and all the heat deflectors were rusted. There was two tanks of propane but both were empty. We decided to not try our luck in case it was a safety hazard. Oh, and make sure you verify how many wrist bands are present when you arrive. They state 14 should be there but we found that only 9 were there. We notified management so we wouldn't be charged for the missing bands. Other than that, we had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks!

Just a quick weekend trip and the location of the home along with the beautiful houseade this trip amazing. Everything was perfect and we can't wait to come again. Check in was difficult due to the cellular service being down for several days at Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals. No one reached out via personal cell phone or email to see about our check in. I would think if one is responsible for the property they could at least send a personal message to let us know of the office difficulty. The place was not clean,Tile floors were grungy, washer and dryer dirty, no garage door opener and we were short 2 arm bands, pool area was dirty all of which we could not report upon our arrival until midway through our stay when we finally found a number for this property through on line support, which took over 30 minutes going through various VRBO sights. Josh Kline did come after he was notified but we were already mid way through our stay and had cleaned up what we could. I certainly hope we are not charged for those missing arm bands as the not on the counter says there is a $50 charge for each missing band. We did feel Josh's apology was sincere and he did send a pool service over right away. We did enjoy the pool area and the location of the property. We did not let these initial problems inhibit our beach and stay in Destin

Great beach house. Excellent location. House beautifully decorated and clean. Pool is much smaller than appeared in picture. Love our stay. Will definitely return on our next Destin trip. One recommendation, a exhaust hood for the electric range would be great. We have to open the doors to air out the house after cooking.

Destin Family Vacation
We go to Destin every May but this was our first time staying in Dunes of Destin. Excellent location. The beautiful beach is just a few blocks away. Pool was smaller than anticipated but lovely backyard. Grill was partially broken and could use a good cleaning. Master bedroom door handle broken so we got locked in a few times. Large spacious kitchen. Looking forward to our next Destin trip in May 2023
