Welcome to our stunning modern apartment on the front line of Puerto Banús. This luxurious apartment boasts unparalleled views of the marina from its living room and terrace. With 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 2 single beds, it comfortably sleeps 4 guests.
This apartment has an unbeatable location. Situated on the first line of Puerto Banús, you will be within walking distance of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, the promenade, and the beach. One of the few apartment buildings in the area with both a rear and front entrance, accessing the penthouse is a breeze. We have a flat screen TV with many foreign movie and TV channels; French, English Arabic to name but a few.
Puerto Banús is the epitome of Spanish fun and luxury. Day or night, you can indulge in designer shopping, enjoy drinks at trendy bars, dine at top-notch restaurants, and admire the stunning yachts and fancy cars that line the marina.
Our apartment is perfect for families, romantic getaways, and for those looking to experience the vibrant nightlife and beach scene. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with children. Should you need it, public transportation is easily accessible and we also offer paid parking for your convenience.
For guests arriving by rental car, we offer private parking near the apartment at a rate of €25 per night. Please book in advance as spaces are limited and subject to availability.
To make your arrival and departure as smooth as possible, we can arrange airport transportation for an additional fee. Our experienced drivers have access to the Puerto Banús port, unlike other taxis such as Ubers and Bolts. For just €80 (up to 4 people) or €120 (up to 6 people), you will be dropped off right next to the apartment, avoiding the hassle of walking and carrying your luggage.
If you're traveling by your own car, our meeting point is located in front of the Red Dog cinema on Avenida Julio Iglesias in Puerto Banús.
Alternatively, we provide private drivers as well. This is a great option for nights out when taxis are scarce, especially during busy summer nights.
Upon arrival, you will find a welcome folder to ensure you make the most of your stay. We have put great effort into making our apartment as comfortable and well-equipped as possible. For your convenience, additional cleaning, linen change, and ironing services are available for an extra fee.
Please note that there is a late check-in fee of €50 after 9 p.m. from May to September and €50 after 8 p.m. from October to April.
For rentals over 6 nights. We have a mandatory cleaning policy. The tenant has to hire a cleaner for a minimum of 3 hours for every 7 night stay. Please ask for details.

If there we get complaints from neighbours , there is a chance you will loose your deposit !
The guest agrees to keep the property in the same condition it was found, reasonable wear and tear accepted.
The Tenant agrees to replace or pay for the loss, breakage or damage of any items in the household should this occur during their stay.
Damage or loss, consist of the following, but not limited to cigarette burns, permanent markers or body fluid stains, paint, any permanent damage and rips and tears.
If special cleaning is needed security deposits maybe withheld.
Items not returned or theft full cost of replacement will be charged to the client.
The house must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness to receive full refund of deposit.
The Tenant shall use property in a conscientious manner and shall comply with all applicable laws relating to its use.
Upon entry to the property Tenant must immediately notify the Host if the facilities are dirty or damaged.
The security deposit will be refunded provided the property is in acceptable conditions and:
There are no missing items.
No damage to furniture or property.
All trash is deposited in garbage bags.
Kitchen worktops, plate, fridge, appliances, and all other Surfaces are free of grease.
No missing sheets and towels.
All furniture is on its original place
All keys have been returned. Loss of set keys is 50€.
We kindly ask tenants do not make noise from 12 midnight til 9 am.
Please remember people live in the building and we ask for consideration.
Please do not wash sand off in the shower or sinks as it blocks the drains very quickly!
No smoking indoors. Please respect the apartment as you would your own home in terms of cleanliness.
