The space
Step into the inviting warmth of the living room, where original features and carefully curated antiques create a charming atmosphere. After a day of adventures, sink into the plush sofa and unwind, whether that's enjoying a movie on the Smart TV or sipping a glass of wine in cosy comfort.

The well-equipped kitchen makes self-catering a breeze, featuring a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, plus a charming two-seater breakfast table. Just beyond, the snug dining room offers a welcoming space to gather around the six-seater table, perfect for sharing delicious home-cooked meals.

The ground floor is complete with a handy shower room and WC.

Upstairs, three beautifully styled bedrooms await, comprising a King, a Double, and a Super King twin—offering a restful retreat for a good night's sleep. A shared hallway bathroom with both a shower and a bath ensure convenience for all guests.

Outside, a private garden and patio invites you to relax under the open sky, with a spacious lawn and ample seating for lounging or enjoying alfresco dining in a peaceful setting.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
