About this property
Little Peterville, St Agnes
** New for 2025 Season **
Tucked away at the end of peaceful Water Lane, this gorgeous little two bedroom apartment is perfectly positioned to provide you with the best St Agnes has to offer right on your doorstep.
The location is what makes ‘Little Peterville’ really special. Once here, there is little need to drive anywhere else unless you wish to explore further afield. Stunning Trevaunance Cove with its rock pools and sandy beach is a mere 10 minutes stroll; and the award winning ‘Peterville Inn’ serving excellent food and drink is under 2 minutes on foot. Indeed, there are a fantastic range of amenities including independent shops, cafes, pubs and galleries all within close walking distance.
Little Peterville is accessed up a flight of stairs adjacent to the main ‘Peterville House’. Inside, you are greeted to a welcoming interior with comfortable soft furnishings in a light coastal palette; all of which are brand new for the 2025 season. This bijou apartment with open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen provides a cosy retreat and base for your Cornish break. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge (with ice box), electric hob and cooker. The wooden dining table is adjustable and can be extended if required.
In the evening, curl up on the sofa with a good book, or watch a film on the 43 inch Smart TV.
Off the main living area, two bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements as Bedroom 1 has the option of being set up either as a King Size (5ft) double bed or as a Twin room. Bedroom 2 is slightly smaller with a Standard (4ft6) double bed. Both bedrooms share a shower room with an electric shower, heated towel rail, toilet and washbasin.
Just outside the front door a balcony area provides further seating and a useful space to dry a wetsuit.
Being centrally located in the beautiful village of St Agnes, parking is of a premium, and unfortunately this property does not come with off road parking. However, there are plenty of available spaces on Rosemundy lane just around the corner.
