Claire's Cottage consists of an open-plan living space with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, dining seating for four people, and sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with TVs, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed, rear courtyard with gravelled area, lawn space, patio, furniture, and hot tub, along with private driveway parking for two cars and off-road parking for an additional two cars. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.1 miles, and a river in 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are inc. in rent. Claire's Cottage is a lovely base for a rural retreat in Gwynedd. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 250 GBP. Note there is a hot tub charge of 150 GBP per week
