Summary:
This spacious, three-storey terraced house sits within the gorgeous seaside town of Whitby and is a short stroll away from shops, cafes, pubs and attractions. Perfect for families or groups of friends, Park Terrace offers a comfortable base for a coastal retreat. You can adventure to one of the nearby North Yorkshire gems, such as Staithes or Saltburn-by-the-Sea, during your stay too before kicking back at your home away from home in Whitby. Dogs are welcome too!
The Space:
Pass through the entrance hall and you'll be welcomed into the charming living room. This is a fantastic area to relax in with many fascinating features to admire, including wood-panelled bay windows, an internal arched window, an ornamental fireplace and a quirky, boat-shaped bookcase.
These unique features continue throughout the house as you make your way into the dining area, with a bespoke light made from reclaimed driftwood, servants' bells from times gone by and an antique bench seat.
You can cook up your feasts in the handsome galley-style kitchen. Glassware, cookware and crockery are all provided for your convenience. Pour yourself a glass of white from the useful wine cooler whilst you’re there.
When the weather is nice, the enclosed patio area is an excellent place for dining alfresco, while your pup will enjoy sniffing out new spots to relax in the sunshine.
As the night draws in and it's time for bed, make your way to one of three delightful bedrooms. There is a twin on the second floor and two super-king size rooms; one on the first floor and one on the second.
When it comes to freshening up, choose from either the first-floor bathroom with a bath and a shower or the second-floor shower room. A separate WC is also available on the ground floor.
