You are provided with all the comfort you need after a day of enjoying your activities out in this natural playground.

After your day of playing or shopping, you can either dine out in one of Moab's fine restaurants or come home and prepare a meal in your fully equipped kitchen. Afterward enjoy a cool swim in the pool or soak your sore muscles in the Jacuzzi.

Nice and clean

The photos didn’t do this place justice. From the Photos I thought it might be outdated and a bit worn. But in person it was nicer than I expected. The place is great. The kitchen is very well stocked and it has a two car garage which wasn’t apparent from the listing.

Great property, lovely stay!

Property was clean, well stocked and conveniently located. It was great to have a lot of space and be able to park in a garage. The pool and hot tub were both open, so that was a bonus! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Nice Stay in Moab

The condo was very clean. The entry instructions worked flawlessly. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and glassware. Paper products were provided... paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, and napkins. I was glad that I brought aluminum foil and plastic wrap, as those things weren't provided. There were some spices. Apparently, there was an issue with one of the smoke detectors, because the previous tenants had taken it down...maybe it needed a new 9 volt battery. The TV remote upstairs also needed new batteries, as well, and we couldn't locate any in the cupboards. Not a big deal for us, as we came back each day exhausted from our adventures!

Great place to stay!

What a great place to stay! Loved that it was roughly 5 minutes out of town in a quiet area with great views of the cliffs to the west. It’s was a very relaxing place to come home to after long mt bike rides. The Place is clean, has comfortable beds, and furniture. You can see the pool and hot tub from front room window and they are only a 2 minute walk away.

Nice home base in Moab

The night sky is amazing. I would recommend brining a blanket or recliner to watch stars as there was no furniture on the second story balcony. But there is a great view! There was a bin with some games and books and a puzzle (missing pieces), which was fun for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. It was super close to some petroglyphs, which as a nice surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfy

It was spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked well enough for us to make meals. Only recommendation is to bring eye masks, because the morning sun is super bright in all the rooms. Otherwise we had a great stay and enjoyed the night sky from the front patio.

Perfect and relaxing.

I’m hesitant to give a glowing review because I want to come back and hope that it isn’t booked, but I have to because it was perfect. We loved being outside the busy downtown area. The setting is gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the sun rise and set on the canyon walls. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. We hope to return soon! 💕

Great Location

Great location just south of town. The townhome was clean and the grounds are well kept. It has a nice pool and tennis court. Only problem was the front door lock didn’t always work but the garage pad worked every time. I’d stay there again.

Marvelous Moab

We stayed in this well-situated condo for 2 nights during our road trip. It was very conveniently located near Arches National Park, and my husband woke me up at 3am to come out to the balcony to see the incredible view of the stars.

Decent place but not stocked well

House was nice and in good location but not stocked sufficient for week long stay. No extra bathroom towels (had to do laundry), only two coffee filters, lack of kleenex, trash bags and TP. Pool towels were finally found in dryer after owner told us they were in cabinet. Would have been good for a weekly stay but full week needed to be better stocked.

Great value and location

Loved the location and having a garage was an added bonus. Nothing fancy, but great price for convenience. Beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of space. Will definitely stay here if we return to the area!

Great Location

Check in was simple. The home was just as described and had everything we needed. You are outside of town which meant it was nice and quiet and we had plenty of space. It was really nice to have an integral garage. We would certainly stay here again because it was perfect for visiting the National Parks.

National Parks homebase

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood for our National Park visit. It’s a bit farther from town than we first thought, but it’s still a great location. Right between the entrance to Arches to the north and The Needles section of Canyonlands to the south. Very comfortable, clean and quiet place.

Good rental property and very comfortable stay

We had very good time staying at this property. Garage was a very welcomed addition. Everything was pretty good. The only not so good experience was checking in. The instructions did not clearly describe where to enter the entry code, and as a result we spent some time trying to figure out whether we had to unlock the key box or enter the code directly on the door (which for some reason did not work right away, from the first try). Finally, we opened the garage with the code and then we figured it out the procedure for the door. The communication with the property manager at the time was non-existent. No response what so ever.

Tv problems at Desert Rose

The TV modem was broken, finding out on our 3rd day after contacting the owners. After trying several things suggested by owners, it was determined to be the modem box. Owners lived too far away so we either had to wait around for service man or go pick up new box and install ourselves (which we did). Also the information sheet they leave for renters had the Wi-Fi name and password but it had been in magic marker which had faded out. After texting owners our different guesses to the Wi-Fi, they gave us the correct one on third day. Place was nice and convenient but amenities were sparse.

Fun weekend in Moab

Labor Day Weekend in Moab we stayed 3 days. We only slept in the master. Bed was ok, not great. Couches are clean but lack much support. We didn’t cook anything but kitchen seemed to have the basics. My only real problem was the cleaning crew needs to vent the unit after using so Many scented products. Luckily I had migraine medicine and was able to sleep it off after opening the place up. I would definitely recommend this place. Loved having a garage!

Great location

We loved the location! Wonderful views of the La Sals and Behind the Rocks. The townhouse is dated, but was fine for us. Having a garage was great. We had a few issues with the upstairs toilets plumbing, luckily there was a toilet downstairs for our needs. We had a nice time visiting Moab.

A little older amenities and on the outskirts of town but nothing that should bother adventure seeking Moab visitors. The AC has to be lowered 2-3 degrees at a timed or it might freeze. The master toilet is slow, but there are two others. The coffee maker is old and has to be turned on a few times during the brewing process. Wi-fi stops working and router has to be restarted (we had to do it daily) but works fine after that. Overall it was comfortable, especially the master bed. It's roomy enough for a family. We slept like babies (or maybe it was the exhausting, thrilling activities).
