You will fall in love with this wonderful downtown Grand Haven vacation rental. The charm and character abounds when you step inside this early 1900's upper level apartment that has been completely renovated. Only one block from the downtown shops, 2 blocks to the waterfront. Very well stocked and comes with all the essentials you need. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious kitchen with snack bar, stainless steel appliances, living room with Roku/Smart TV, beautiful Ethan Allen leather sectional, washer & dryer and a spectacular deck to enjoy a good cup of coffee or evening beverage while grilling out your favorite meal. We can't forget to mention the family room in the upstairs that is perfect for reading and relaxing. There are 2 parking spaces available onsite as well as numerous adjacent public parking lots that can be used as well.

****Please note that the main floor of this home is occupied by a Commercial Tenant and is not included in the rental**** There is a separate secured access for apartment guests in the back with a unique code that is rotated after each stay.

A great location for a long weekend
We stayed here for a long weekend with our son (13months) and in-laws. The location was wonderful! Everything was walkable and the overall place was well stocked with anything you might need - including extras. We would recommend to families/ couples for sure. Ideal for families with slightly older kids/ teens as the loft would be so fun for them.

Great place in Grand Haven
Family of 7 stayed for a lovely trip to Grand Haven. Clean, excellent location, and the kids loved the loft area. We had issues connecting with the Wi-Fi and they went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot. My daughter left a piece of jewelry there on accident and we were able to get it back as well! Very helpful and accommodating. If we are ever back in GH we would totally stay again. Thanks for having us!

Gem in the middle of everything
Ill admit, we booked this home and were thinking the price was excessive based on the stats and pics, however as soon as we walked in we understood why... Im not sure if this is owner occupied, but it has that feel. Everything is mid to top end from the beds, sheets, appliances, and electronics. Kitchen has everything you'd have at home. The location is a block from the popular shopping/dining spot and about 3 blocks from the water, however the beach is likely a little far to walk. Owner was very responsive and was willing to assist with any issue or concern (we had a slight internet issue which was solved within an hour). Overall my family LOVED the home and LOVED the location. Wish we would've planned to stay longer!

Great location , cute place . We stayed last year & liked it so much we came back. The only real issue we had is the cleanliness , the floors were very dirty after walking around with white socks they turned black , also the cupboard doors had tons of smear prints on them, and the microwave was not clean .

We loved our stay in Grand Haven. It was the perfect location for soccer in the sand with family and friends. The home is stocked with everything you could need! We would definitely stay again!

Great Summer Getaway
Nice play to stay in Grand Haven, especially if you have a larger group. We needed 5 beds, hard to find in GH, and this worked great for us. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The loft area has 3 queens beds on the floor, but they were comfortable. It feels a little cramped with the dormer ceilings, but it was fine for sleeping. This place, as mentioned in other reviews, is very well stocked with plenty of towels and beach supplies as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The location is fantastic if you want to stay close to the downtown. There is only 2 parking spaces with the rental, but there is a public lot right next door and across the street where you can park for a $5.00 parking fee/car. Only issue we had was the freezer door was stuck closed, but property manager was very responsive and offered to fix right away.

Beautiful and well-equipped!
This is a wonderful space just a block from the Main Street with lots of shops and restaurants, as well as the river and boardwalk to the beach! It was very clean and extremely well-equipped. From the snack basket and k-cups to towels and towel hooks, cookware and tissues, we had everything we needed! You can view the musical fountain every night from the deck. Also, the attic bedroom has 3 queen beds, which is perfect for kids and teens or another family. Both bathrooms are large with great showers. We really appreciated this space!

Girls Weekend
My girlfriends and I like to do a yearly weekend away in the summer by Lake Michigan. Sometimes it tricky to find a nice place that can sleep a group our size (there are typically 8-10 of us in our group) and that allow a weekend stay and not a full week. This place was perfect for us! Not only was this an ideal location it was very clean, great amenities and decorated nicely. We had an amazing weekend and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this rental!

Awesome stay
We had a fantastic stay in Grand Haven! The location was really awesome- we easily walked downtown to restaurants and shops. The property was exactly as described. It was very clean and well maintained and the owners thought of everything. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was nice, the kitchen well equipped and plenty of towels and blankets as well. The outdoor patio was a nice bonus as well. 5 stars- would definitley stay here again!

Fabulous Grand Haven Getaway!
This was - hands down - the best place we have stayed at in Grand Haven! Beautiful decor, all the beach fun you could need, and wonderfully stocked kitchen! From breakfast on the deck in the morning to a beer at sunset, this place had it all. The location cannot be beat!

Loved It!
The property was exactly what was described in the posting and pictures! The location was phenomenal- we were able to walk all over Grand Haven and were within minutes (walking) of bars and restaurants. There was plenty of outdoor seating downtown and we felt very safe. We were 15 minutes (driving) of multiple state parks and the fall colors were absolutely beautiful. The house was clean, there was plenty of room to both sit and sleep, the kitchen is GORGEOUS, and the balcony was great. We were able to use the grill and eat outside both nights that we stayed. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Grand Haven!

We rented this property for the girls in our wedding bridal party to stay overnight and get ready prior to the wedding. The property owner had great communication and was very prompt. The property was perfect for the girls and a great space and location right downtown.

Great Location
Great location. Enjoyed using the outside balcony and watching the stars at night. We were even able to see the comet on the clear nights. There was a concern with the steep staircase to the upstairs sleeping area. Also several of the adults in our group are 6'2 - 6'6 so we had to rearrange the sleeping arrangements. Overall we enjoyed our stay and being avle to walk to downtown shopping and dining.

What an amazing property!
We had such a great week spending time with our family at the property. There was everything we needed and the location was just amazing! The four kids loved having their own area upstairs where they could chill on their own. The adults loved it too. Thanks for providing such a great rental! We will be back again someday!
