The space
Cottage Pie is 230 years old.
A cosy traditional terraced weaver's cottage & grade II listed building.
Spacious with high ceilings over 3 floors with exposed, stone, brick and rustic beams everywhere. 2 spacious double bedrooms perfect for friends and couples or anyone who loves cosy and characterful.

Entering the house through a traditional stable door.

The living kitchen has everything you need to cook & bake with a handy dishwasher. There are comfy sofas and a dining table all in front of an imposing Victorian fireplace with log burner and large smart TV.

A charming walk in larder room with arched ceiling and home to the house fridge/freezer, microwave & coffee machine. (If you are over 6ft you will need to slightly duck on entrance)

1st Floor bedroom
The Golden Room, simple, atmospheric and rustic with a comfy double bed

Spacious bathroom with a bath, housing the shower

2nd floor bedroom
The old Loom Room, with an imposing and romantic double French bed, comfy seating area for long conversations or watching movies together.

"Cottage Pie" is tucked in amongst the valley's hustle and bustle. Set within the breath-taking Holme valley on the back drop of the Pennines. And not forgetting the location of "Last of the Summer Wine" the longest running sitcom in the world famous for its rolling green scenery and views.

A great base to explore Yorkshire and the Peak District and a great central location to enjoy Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield & York.
