About this property
Bright and Modern Rose Cottage
Rose Cottage is a three bedroom , 2 bathroom cottage with ample space for all the family to enjoy their holiday. It has a spacious lounge , with two comfortable sofas as well as chair. There is a wood burner in the lounge which is great when returning from days out at winter time, for cozy nights in, watching the large TV or playing family games. The dining area has seating for all the family, and can also accommodate a high-chair if required.
There is a fully equipped kitchen , which includes, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, hot tap and air fryer. In the utility there is a freezer and washing machine, as well as electric heated airer and iron and ironing board.
The down stairs bedroom has easy access to the downstairs bathroom, which has a large walk in shower. There are a further two bedrooms upstairs, with the double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. If needed a travel cot can be provided and the upstairs double has ample space to accommodate the cot. There is also a further bedroom which has twin single beds.
The outside area has a nice patio area, with BBQ and seating area for six, as well as a further bistro patio set for two.
Rose cottage accepts one well behaved dog, and is located just one mile from a dog friendly beach, as well as the local village which has a lovely pub, as well as a seasonal Tapas Restaurant. In the village there is also a local post office and shop for those essential items. There are a range of supermarkets just a short drive away if a larger shopping spree is needed.
The historic towns of Tenby and Pembroke are only 15 minutes away by car, although there is a bus stop located 10 minutes from the cottage and a train station is only 20 minutes walk.
There are amazing beaches such as Barafundle and Broad Haven South only a short drive and the Pembrokeshire Costal Path is also easily accessed from Rose Cottage. There are many attractions for the family to visit during their stay such as Folly Farm, Heatherton World of Activities as well as Manorbier Castle, Pembroke Castle and Pembrokeshire Alpaca Trekking.
There is an EV charger available at the location which you pay for locally , when units used are known. The firelighters, kindling and logs are also provided by us, which we do make a small charge for again this can be paid in cash on arrival.
