The nearest beach, Wonwell Sands, is a serene, unspoiled bay that reveals a vast stretch of sand at low tide and is accessed just 1.5 miles away. Within 2.5 miles is Ayrmer Cove, a beautiful, secluded cove on the South Devon coast, located near the village of Ringmore. It lies within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and is part of the South West Coast Path, making it a popular spot for walkers and nature lovers. Salubrious Salcombe is also within 13.5 miles and slightly further afield within 20 miles discover Dartmouth, situated on the mouth of the River Dart and renowned for being one of South Devon’s most popular and enchanting towns.
Follow the garden’s paved pathway for 40 meters, winding through beautifully landscaped grounds filled with birdsong, before arriving at the property. Step onto the spacious front deck and enter through the French doors into the inviting open-plan living area. To the left, a cozy lounge space awaits, featuring a snug sofa and a TV—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The double bed is tucked neatly into the corner, while the well-equipped kitchen and dining area complete the free-flowing layout. The kitchen provides everything needed to prepare delicious meals with local produce, and the spacious dining table offers the perfect spot to gather and enjoy dinner together. At the rear of the chalet, you’ll find a stylish shower room with a WC and heated towel rail, along with a convenient storage cupboard for coats, walking boots, and a washing machine.
