The Villa is located in a quiet mini residence consisting of five independent apartments, all located on the ground floor. The property is only 800 meters from the sea, characterized by a beautiful combination of sandy beaches and suggestive rocky coves.

This villa can accommodate up to 4 people and offers a dining room with an equipped kitchenette, gas stove and air conditioning. It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a bathroom with shower.

The shaded outdoor veranda is equipped with a table for pleasant outdoor dining and a private barbecue. Guests can also take advantage of an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach.

The residence offers a shared washing machine and a parking space.
