Moult Hill Barn is a unique renovated barn, providing accommodation close to Salcombe in Devon. It plays host to five en-suite bedrooms which include three super king-size rooms and two family bunk rooms, along with a cloakroom, the property is able to sleep 20. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area hosting a woodburning stove, also find a utility. To the outside, there is a balcony on the first floor and a terrace with furniture and a barbecue, as well as off-road parking for six cars. Moult Hill Barn offers flexible accommodation for groups of friends, families or couples alike looking to explore South Devon.
Amenities: Oil-fired underfloor heating. 2 x Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, wine chiller. kettle, toaster. Smart TV, DVD, Bose music system, WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 6 cars. First-floor balcony. Large patio and garden with barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at a charge of £25 per dog per week or short break. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: No stag or hen parties accepted. Note: The top bunk is available for children over the age of 6 with a maximum weight of 70kg

There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. You can also take the small ferry across the estuary to the beaches of East Portlemouth, and a walk to Gara Rock. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including sailing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
