ABOUT SPLASH BEACH RESORT
Splash Resort's amenities are quite unique among Gulf Coast resorts and there is something here for everyone. There is an adult only swimming pool and Jacuzzi located right next to the main kids play area where the water slides and enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds are located. There is also a state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river. There is a poolside Bar & Grill with tables by the pool and a reasonably priced menu. High Speed Internet access is available many common areas around the resort, including a Wi-Fi lounge area with comfortable seating. There is an Alvin's Island beach apparel, accessories and surf shop. Also, there is a mini grocery store, coffee and ice cream shop located onsite, giving Splash just about everything that most guests need on their vacation so that they need not leave until they are ready to check out.

We came with a teenager and a toddler. The room was kid friendly for all ages. Being right at the elevator was perfect (I am terrified of heights), we did not have to look over the outer balcony. The room was clean and had everything we needed and more. Splash staff was all very friendly and inviting. 10/10 would stay here again!

The condo itself was very good. The elevator at property had long lines and wait times and the pool had poop floating in it from all of the kids. They said there was an adult only pool but all pools were full of little kids. The beach and location was great.

Kids loved it because they had the big splash pool and here’s pool down and very easy access and walkable distance to reach the beach. Good place for sunset

Easter weekend stay
Property was very nice, perfect for a younger family of 4. Owner was easy to contact if needed. If we could make one suggestion, if it was possible to incorporate a sliding door between the bathroom and the kitchen, this would allow adults to continue the evening in the kitchen/dining/porch after kids go to bed without fear of light or noise. Otherwise would love to return again, we had a great family weekend.

Our stay at Splash was nothing short of extraordinary! The room was clean, spacious, well outfitted and we had all of the comforts of home away from home! Great beds and water pressure in the shower, beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Elevator was conveniently located to the room and we had no issues with its timeliness or availability. Our host was easy to get in touch with and answered any and all questions we had with this being our first vrbo excursion. Splash Resort had plenty to do for kids with the indoor water play area and multiple pools, it was nice having activities available when not wanting to leave the resort. You're also only a few steps from the beach. We will definitely be back and absolutely be booking with Raj again!

We truly enjoyed this condo. The check-in was good other than not being able to get a luggage cart for 45 mins. The room was beyond what we imagined. The view was beautiful and easy access to the pool. We loved how the elevator was as soon as we walked out of the condo. Word of advice push both buttons and ride up and back down with people because the elevator takes some time if you just catch it going down. The host was quick to answer questions and made the stay so convenient for us. We also loved that we was so close to the beach literally down a few steps and you’re toes are in the sand. We definitely would recommend this room it was very clean and nice.

I really enjoyed staying in this condo, it is a little older with the upkeep but it was perfect for me. Any issues I had were taken care of immediately.

Beautiful space and great location
Wonderful space with everything we needed. Loved the view sunrise to sunset, also how quiet the resort was at Dinner/bed time. The resort amenities themselves could use some updates, and there were a few broken items in the condo that could be expected at a kid-centered resort, but we’ll be returning again because we enjoyed our time there and look forward to another week next year! PS- Coffee drinkers- you’ll need the cone filters.
