Our flat, which has been tastefully furnished isn't suitable for parties or gatherings. It's ideal for a luxurious stay in the North East.
The block is mainly home to young professionals and is generally quiet. So no parties or events are permitted.
Built in 2006, it's a modern construction with cozy double glazing and a Juliette balcony that opens onto the river. The flat is south facing and gets good light all day.
There's a dedicated office space and complimentary broadband.
In January 2024 the property was renovated, top to bottom with new kitchen, bathroom and decoration.
There is a basement car park in the block, which is free for guests and there is level, step free access to the property. Access to the fourth floor is via a lift.
