Spanning approximately 100 square metres, Villa Minoa combines Cycladic charm with refined modern luxury. The villa is arranged over two levels and includes a spacious open-plan living area with a sofa bed, dining space, and a kitchenette thoughtfully equipped for light meal preparation. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to flood the space while framing captivating views from every angle.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to five guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an opulent en-suite marble bathroom with a large hydro-massage Jacuzzi, designed for up to six persons. The second bedroom is equally luxurious, offering either two single beds or a king-size configuration, and has its own en-suite bathroom complete with a whirlpool tub. Both bedrooms open directly onto the expansive outdoor terrace.

The exterior of Villa Minoa is a true highlight: a private swimming pool and two heated Jacuzzis—one inside the villa’s cave-style bathroom and the other on the sun terrace—ensure complete relaxation in any season. Between April 15th and October 15th, pools are heated to 28°C and hot tubs to 37°C. Please note that unseasonable weather may still affect these settings.
