This two-story, two-bedroom vacation home in Seagrove Beach has been completely remodeled with new flooring upstairs and new paint throughout. This charming home includes four adult bikes, is pet-friendly and the pet fee is included with the reservation cost.

Enjoy relaxing or catching up with family in the living room on brand new furniture. After a long day at the beach, rest your head on the new, comfortable mattress in the primary bedroom. This home is just a six-minute walk away from the beach!

Take advantage of the bike paths that line 30A to venture to this beach community's quaint shopping and dining. Bungalows at Seagrove 138 even comes with four adult bikes! Seaside and Rosemary Beach are two vibrant locations located nearby. This restful area is a great getaway for those that like to get out and experience the outdoors; rent a paddleboard and enjoy meandering along one of the rare coastal dune lakes or the Gulf of Mexico on a calm day.

Santa Rosa Beach Condo Stay

Good experience, place was clean. Took a couple of days for manager to help with the lock on door was had to be reset, but were friendly.

The beach bungalow home was just perfect. They thought of everything , bikes, beach chairs, wagon and umbrella. The pool was great when during off beach days. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Best equipped place we have stayed at in 20 years

The location is perfect. Off the busy road but close enough to the beach to walk. This condo is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you will need from Kitchen to Beach. The pool is steps away and maintained to a high standard. Bonus, the bed is the master is more comfortable than my one at home! Thank you to the owners

Great stay...

The house was gorgeous! Decor was amazing. Beds were super comfy! Steps to the pool while also being close to the entrance of the buildings, so fast access to the beach! We rode bikes and it literally only took like a minute. Just loved it here! Owners were friendly and respectful. I highly recommend this Bungalow! I do want to strongly caution about a woman (Barbara), who lived in a Bungalow and took it upon herself to enforce the "rules." She consistently was asking different groups of kids where they lived, how many people stayed in a Bungalow and she even covered the Hot Tub knob one night and told some teenage boys that the jets had ran too long that day. She splashed a group of middle school girls because they had "splashed her on purpose" while playing in the pool. When adults would try talking to her she would scream they were bullying her or harassing her.. it was bizarre. Again, this has nothing to do with this particular Bungalow, but just be aware and don't engage if you happen to encounter Barb, just walk away or it will take more time out of your day than it is worth.

This was perfect for our family of 6 and our furry family member! The house was adorable, location was great. Just a little bit out of the busy area which is perfect for us, but a short walk to the beach and easy drive or bike ride to the Seaside square. We will be coming back and staying again. ❤️

Perfect Vacation

This Bungalow was perfect for our group of 4. 9 would be a little tight if you needed to spend time indoors (weather). The location was great because of the pool and then a short walk to the beach. Close enough to other attractions that you could easily ride bikes to them. I would highly recommend this place. Very clean, decorated very nice and just perfect.

Family Summer Vacaation

Our 3rd visit to 30A. First stay at the Bungalows. Loved it! Beautiful decor. Clean and fresh. Everything we needed. The pool area was clean and quiet. Loved the short walk the beach. Beautiful white sand and clear water. Limited public space on the beach but we managed to get there early and claim our spot. Appreciated the bikes. Great for getting around. Loved visiting the beach towns in the evenings: Seaside, Seacrest and Rosemary. Beautiful area. Thanks for everything. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Seagrove Bungalow

We had a wonderful 2 month stay at the bungalow! Loved the Seagrove/Seaside area! The beaches are amazing...beautiful water and powdered sugar sand! Would highly recommend the bungalow and Seagrove area!

Very clean, close to the beach, pool, hot tub, furnishings are very nice, very well decorated and all the little “extras” (fireplace, tea kettle, extra plug ins, hair dryer, makeup mirror) are all icing on the cake!

Very nice property

Property was as advertised. The bikes are a nice touch and the close proximity to the beach was great! It would be nice if there was a sidewalk from the parking lot to the bungalow.

Everything about staying here was easy. It was clean, cozy, and decorated so cute. My most favorite part was that it was a little ways back from the pool (can still see the pool) but you got a little more yard that way and it was so homey. Also backs up the the parking lot so that was super convenient!! Highly recommend!

Cozy little bungalow

A great place in Seagrove beach

We’ve stayed in this development before and enjoy the area. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and one bedroom a queen, a double and a single bunk bed while the other a king. The setup works great for families or two couples. Having laundry on the first floor in a bathroom closet was very convenient. The pool area is very nice and kept clean. Dogs are welcome and there were a number of nice pups around. It was a ten minute walk to the beach and several restaurants are an easy walk. The bike path will take you all along the coast so bring/rent bikes! The space was very clean and everything worked well.
