The wooded, private property (over 1.5 acres) overlooks the beautiful Wisconsin River in Nekoosa, WI. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, waterskiing, fishing, golfing, trap shooting, or just reminiscing over an inviting campfire! This beautiful and spacious waterfront property is on the Wisconsin River, with boating access into Lake Petenwell, which is over 23,000 acres! Lake Petenwell also has bars, restaurants, and campgrounds on it. The location is just 10 minutes from Lake Arrowhead and world renowned Sand Valley Golf Resort, as well as the Wisconsin State Trap Shooting Associating which now has an Olympic designation.

Close to world-renowned Sand Valley Golf Resort and to the town of Nekoosa. Enjoy boating, fishing and watersports, or relaxing by the indoor fireplace or outdoor firepit. 2 Kayaks at the property. Enjoy the pool table and dart board in the game room!
