We love the history to this building and the location within the town centre is just perfect. Only a stones throw from the cobbled shopping streets and a short walk to the harbour and beach.. 1 step to entrance.

Cottage style stairs lead to two double bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom, a twin room on the second floor, is ideal for families with children, complete with table football and an en-suite shower room. The family bathroom includes a bath with shower over.
Located in the heart of Whitby’s town centre, Hidey-Hole Cottage sits on the East side, surrounded by narrow medieval streets filled with independent boutiques, bars and restaurants. Climb the iconic 199 steps to the Church of Saint Mary and explore the ruins of Whitby Abbey, which inspired Bram Stoker’s ’Dracula’ or take a boat trip to view this iconic town from the sea. Across the swing bridge, Pier Road offers arcades, cosy pubs, and fish and chip shops, leading to the picturesque West Cliff Beach with its colourful beach huts.
Whitby is within the North Yorkshire Moors National Park which offers miles of walking and cycling opportunities. At Dalby Forest enjoy a day at Go Ape or head further inland to explore the historic City of York. Castle Howard and Scarborough also within travelling distance. Beach ½ mile. Pub within 1 mile.
