The double-storey house comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 guests. The upstairs main bedroom contains a king-size bed and beautiful en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom is also located upstairs and comprises a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. The third bedroom downstairs forms part of a fully equipped apartment with living area and kitchenette, and features a king-size bed and luxury, wheelchair friendly bathroom with a shower.

The house comprises an open-plan kitchen, dining and TV lounge area with gas-fired fireplace and guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, full fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and cleaning materials. The scullery is also equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer. The lounge area exits onto a splendid patio area featuring a splash pool and maintained garden. Adjacent to the tv lounge guests will find the gas-fired braai/BBQ facilities with 6 seater dining table. This living space also opens onto the patio and pool area. A separate study is located upstairs and is perfect for longer stays and working from home.

The TV has Netflix functionality and guests are encouraged to do their own DSTV streaming. Secure garage parking is available for two cars, and another two in the driveway. Reliable fibre WiFi allow for longer stays and work-from-home opportunities. An inverter/solar power back-up system ensures reliable electricity supply to lights, fridges, alarm, tv and WiFi. The house is wheelchair friendly.

Each of the bedrooms also have an air conditioner, as well as the lounge and braai areas.
