Accommodation all on one level: Entry into hallway with cupboard housing boiler, washing machine and tumble dryer, coat and boot storage; leading into large open plan living room with twin patio doors to decking/separate dining and kitchen area's with electric hob, oven, microwave and undercounter fridge; hallway leading to twin bedroom; bunk bedroom with 5'4 bunk beds (please note top bunk has restricted head space); family shower room with walk in shower, sink and WC; Master bedroom with double size bed; en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, sink and WC.
Outside: Composite decking with outdoor seating; parking for 3 cars, communal seating areas for guests to enjoy close to fully fenced pond area.
