In total, the holiday home offers 5 open fully equipped kitchens, 5 high-quality bathrooms, 4 balconies and 1 terrace. There is a ski room available for shared use on the ground floor, as well as a washing machine (against payment) and bicycles (against payment). Parking is available directly at the apartment building.

The town of St. Georgen near Salzburg is centrally located in Salzburgerland. In winter you can reach the 3 ski areas of Zell am See with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes (Schmittenhöhe ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn) within a short time. In summer, the swimming lake in St. Georgen or Lake Bürmoos offer lots of swimming fun!

There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.
