About this property
Pen Tywyn - sleeps 7 guests in 3 bedrooms
Enter via the kitchen, brimming with plenty of everything and with ample space for preparing and cooking. A handy little playroom is well located by the kitchen should the little ones wish to cook up a storm with their wooden utensils!
Three bedrooms (one downstairs, two up) are light-filled and pretty with plump beds, crisp cotton and warm throws. Two king rooms and a perfect children's bunk bedroom (with additional 4'6" childs bed). A super shower room on the ground floor and two bathrooms upstairs.
The living space has patio doors to a deck area perfect for those warm, hazy evenings. With squashy sofas, a widescreen TV– even if it's raining, you'll feel happy here.
The garden has sheltered decked areas to make the most of the views and adults will love the fold down bar which forms part of the fence. The kids will love exploring the dunes and beaches and luckily there is an outdoor shower to hose down sandy feet before they rush in to make the most of the children's play room at the house. A good size utility room in the garden with washing machine, tumble dryer and extra fridge adds to its practicality.
Come for a morning concert from the sea birds and a terrace for magical outdoor meals. The outdoor shower is a joy after surfing on the beach. Wildlife gazers will love seeking birds on the Afon Crigyll with binoculars through tall grasses from here. Star gazers can drink in the stars and the wine, and for aviation fanatics, this spot is ideal to watch the planes land. Note that jet landings close by may not suit everyone's taste but most are fascinated by them!
