Brand new modern building with contemporary design, high ceilings and great natural light. Apartment of ONE Bedroom, ONE bathroom, fully equipped, kitchen an laundry / drier machine. Private patio in the interior and a great common roof garden with great ocean view, pool, grill and lounge area. Polo 88 is 100 yds to the beach and next to 5th Ave. The apartment have only ONE Bedroom, and a sofa bed for ONE person, air-conditioned in BDR and living room.

One of many attributes of Polo 88 is it enviable location. We areat the perfect spot, only one block from the beach, in the middle of what is known as 88 Beach.

This is a tranquile bay with ample white sand beaches that hosts one of Playa's best reefs to do scuba or snorkel. Because of its protected edges and reef its ideal for Paddle Board, kite surfing, kayak, sailing on Catamaran or just to enjoy the nice calm waters.

- Reservations of 20 days or more, the cost of electricity service is charged to the guest, this is done with the reading of the electric meter on arrival.
- Reservations of 1 month or more will be made 1 mandatory weekly cleaning at a cost to the guest.

love it.

we are a family with 2 kids, we absolutely love the place, I was not sure at first because it is located in a small town, and it may seen kind of rough, but the actual condo its beautiful, it has a beautiful pool, all the necessities, Paula is on charge and she is a doll, she will direct you, advise you, lend you a hand at all times, let you know about places and activities. This place has a full size kitchen, washer and dryer (absolutely love that), nice comfortable bedding, nice pressure in the shower, we enjoyed this place very much and i will recommend anyone. I wish I didn't bring as many clothes you can wash and have fresh clothes.

Great beach but no view of outside from suite

Cleanest beach with great sand and no weeds 1.5 blocks away. La88 bar and grill is at end of the block. Taxi needed to get to the main 5th ave area. Bed room and bathroom are nice. Pool area was nice but 4 flights of stairs up. Upon arrival there wasn't a drop of drinking water or a grain of salt. You need to buy everything yourself. No view of the sky or anything outside because you only have a kitchen window into the garage and a central courtyard between the living room and the bedroom. When it is raining, you have to walk through it to get to the other room. Electricity and housekeeping were rather expensive. But it was a nice 6 weeks stay.

Nice place/a ways from town

About a mile or so outside of downtown. Renting a bike will definitely help. It looks like the area is rough, but it is getting cleaned up! The condo was nice, sometimes loud neighbors, but tolerable. The property manager was a doll and so helpful. She made the stay outside of town well worth it. Overall pretty good

This is the perfect property for you, due to be located at a very nice and tranquile area, near by down town, and main avenues.
On a bicycle is easy to hang around, or go to the beach at any time, cause is located at only 100 mts walking. One of the best views of the world from the roof garden, and infinity pool.
