Spacious ground floor apartment in nature. Located in the Introbio area between the center and the bike path, this apartment is ideal for nature and relaxation stays. The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa with a private fenced courtyard where you can park your car. The entrance is through a terrace for exclusive use, equipped with an umbrella and table to enjoy the view of the mountains. The living room at the entrance is spacious and accommodates the sofa area and the dining area. From the living room, you can access the well-equipped kitchen and the sleeping area, which has two large bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed and can accommodate a crib for children; the second bedroom has two single beds. There is everything you need for a medium-term stay as well: washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee machine, pots, and complete tableware.

The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
