The Moggio Garden - Perfect family apartment

Apartment just a stone's throw from the central square of Moggio, characterized by a splendid balcony with mountain views, overlooking an unfenced garden. Cozy and well-organized, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, divided into 3 different spaces: the bedroom with a double bed, the small bedroom with two single beds (plus one for emergencies), and the living room with a comfortable sofa bed. In the kitchen and bathroom, you will find everything you need for your stay. This apartment offers you the opportunity to organize a delightful barbecue.
The building is very close to the square and the bus stop. It is located on the first floor, accessible via a comfortable staircase with low steps. . City Tax: You do not have to pay tourist city tax. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
