The Caesar three-room apartment is the splendid result of a total renovation. It is located about 1.5 km from the historic center of Lazise and the beach, on the first floor of the residential complex called Sole del Garda with an adult pool and a children's pool immersed in greenery and outdoor parking spaces. The apartment has a double bedroom and a room with two single beds that can be joined, a modern bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. The living area consists of a kitchenette with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, and toaster, dining table, and a double sofa bed. The living room overlooks a balcony equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Air conditioning in all rooms, wifi, satellite TV available for guests. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted in the house.

The final price is composed of:

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linens, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the host.
