The apartment has a large living area with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, fridge and freezer, oven, pod coffee machine, toaster. The living room has a comfortable sofa and television and overlooks a magnificent terrace with a view of the lake and the historic villa Pergolana. The terrace is equipped with deckchairs, table and chairs to enjoy romantic dinners at sunset. Double bedroom and bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with window with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning, wifi and garage available for guests. Community pool a few meters from the apartment (guaranteed opening from 20/04/2025 to 30/09/2025). Small pets are allowed with a supplement. It is forbidden to smoke in the house.

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, sheets, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the host.
