Wonderful

We really enjoyed this property, very nice and clean. The view was amazing, and the service was excellent. Food, love it! Very reasonable prices. I can’t wait to come back again.

Amazing

We love this place. Beautiful views, the beach is kind of private ( no disturbs.. no vendors) excellent for families, food is very good, service is good as well. Cocktails in the pool area could be improved, but other than that everything is just perfect! I’d recommend this place to everyone.

Amazing Trip

I would like to start by thanking Jeff for everything! His an amazing host, and what can I say Mayan Palace is amazing. You have everything such as good food, pools, and a private beach.

Super host!

The beach was absolutely gorgeous. Jerry was extremely helpful. Our family had a great time. The hotel is probably the nicest in the area. That being said the menu in Bakal was only buffet. We would return and bring some of our own food. Dinner at the outdoor restaurant was good.

Hidden Gem. Perfect for kids and teenagers.

We were pleasantly surprised by this resort. It’s very nice and elegant. The pools have swim up bars for adults and there’s also a Lazy river and kids splash park. The beach is walking distance and very well kept. The customer service is amazing but it’s a cashless resort so make sure you bring your credit card. The only inconvenience is that it’s 40 minutes outside of rocky point so trying to go eat out is a hassle but the food at the resort is very good.
