On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, one of which also has a single bed.
Outside, you will find an exclusive green space with a shower, where you can relax and sunbathe on the comfortable chaise longues provided. There is also a barbecue available for tasty fish or meat grills.

The location of the house is really privileged: it is located at the end of a paved public road, in a quiet and peaceful area. From the house, a path of about 1 km leads to the beach of Mortigliano, a natural place with few tourists.

If you are looking for places of interest nearby, the town of Colle d'orano is only 10 minutes away by car and offers a variety of restaurants and shops. Moreover, you can visit the Natural Park of Maremma or take a trip to the nearby islands of the Tuscan Archipelago.
