The mini apartment on the sea with breathtaking views of the bay of Sant'Andrea. Its name, KARMA from the Sanskrit term "karman" indicates a ritual based on the exchange of gifts between Gods and men; it is the most appropriate way to pay homage to what this suggestive location and the surrounding uncontaminated nature can give to those who stay there.

The apartment is on one floor and can accommodate up to 3 people; it is composed of a living room with kitchenette, single and double bed positioned in front of the window with sea view. The bathroom is large and equipped with a large built-in shower, bidet and bathroom fixtures.
The seafront garden is ideal for enjoying the most enchanting sunsets on the Island of Elba, for practicing yoga, for a candlelit barbecue dinner or simply for relaxing in the company of a good book.
 The villa is complete with all accessories and appliances necessary for a comfortable stay, including: Wi-Fi, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and electric heating.
It is an intimate solution and at the same time close to the main coves, easily reachable by car or public transport, whose stop is located a few steps from the house.
The structure is equipped with self check in, it will therefore be possible to access at any time, but we always prefer to know the time of your arrival for any need.
