This detached holiday home is located in Mittersill in the Hohe Tauern National Park in Salzburgerland and is divided into 2 completely separate, modern holiday apartments, which you can rent individually or together.

This holiday apartment (semi-detached house) for a maximum of 10 people has a large living room with a sofa bed and direct access to a large terrace, an open fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor you will find 3 modernly furnished bedrooms (one with 2 stackable beds), some with their own bathroom or shower. From the wonderful balcony you have a breathtaking view of the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The holiday apartment also has a ski storage room and a carport.

Mittersill offers direct access to the well-known Kitzski ski area (Kitzbühel - Kirchberg - Mittersill). From Mittersill, you can take the Kitzbüheler Alpen Panoramabahn directly to the Resterkogel mountain station with perfectly groomed slopes, numerous off-pistes and a snow park. The entire ski area offers 233 kilometers of slopes and can be reached via 11 access lifts. Mittersill and the surrounding area also offer many other sporting winter activities such as cross-country skiing, tobogganing and snowshoeing.

Mittersill is known in summer for its many activities and its central location in Salzburgerland. The immediate surroundings offer numerous hiking and mountain sports opportunities as well as an 18-hole golf course. You can also explore the surrounding area by bike using the Tauern cycle path. In summer, the public outdoor pools in Mittersill and Stuhlfelden as well as the Hollersbach bathing lake offer lots of cooling off and swimming fun!

Directly in Mittersill there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
