About the host
Hosted by Jacqui Owens

I'm from Australia and have been living in the UK for 9 years now. I'm looking to rent out my property while I take a career break to live in the European Alps.
Why they chose this property
Absolutely love the area, being off the popular Northcote Road which has everything you need. On the Northcote are great supermarkets from Sainsbury's through to Waitrose and M&S, excellent pubs, cafes, coffee shops and clothing stores. I'm in between the 'common's - 1 minute walk to Wandsworth Common and about a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common. Also great being so close (8-10 min walk) to one of the largest train stations in the UK (Clapham Junction), which takes 8 minutes to get to Waterloo or 6 minutes to Victoria.
What makes this property unique
The location, but also the open plan living. South facing with sunshine all day.
