The apartment consists of an entrance hall, living room with a tiled stove, kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, living room with a sofa bed (French size), a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with shower, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer. Livable balcony with a magnificent view of the Avisio valley and the Lagorai. Well-kept fenced communal garden. The property includes an outdoor parking space, cellar-storage, TV with cable channels and free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided. Final cleaning is included in the price.
