APARTBEACH VILLA MENORCA:
VILLA MENORCA is located in a private residence with a swimming pool 400 meters from the beach, ideal for enjoying your holidays with friends or family looking for tranquility, a few meters from bus stops, a short distance from shops and in the center of town.

Observations:

The apartments are rented with bed linen. (optional towels at € 4 per person).

The parking is outdoors, inside and it is also easy to park outside.

THE ACCOMMODATION:

Beautiful fully equipped semi-detached house. The house consists of:



1st floor:

- 1 double bedroom (2 90cm beds), built-in wardrobe and exterior window.

- 1 double bedroom (1 135cm bed), built-in wardrobe and exterior window and exit to terrace overlooking the pool.

- 1 bathroom with full bath-shower on the 1st floor.



Floor 0:

- 1 double bedroom (2 90cm beds), built-in wardrobe and exterior window.

- Dining room with sofa bed, television on the ground floor with access to the pool

. 1 shower and toilet

- Equipped kitchen.

- Private pool.

- Private parking.

- Garden area.

- 1 furnished terrace with pool views

The surroundings:

The house is in a very quiet residential area. Ideal for anyone who wants to spend a fantastic holiday.

Location and surroundings:

400 m from the beach, it is in the centre of the town, 40 km from the airport, and close to all shops, restaurants etc....

Interior:

Living room with TV and sofa with access to the pool

Kitchen and appliances:

fridge, washing machine, toaster, dishwasher

Additional information:

Pets are NOT allowed.

House rules:

1st. We are available for any questions with the aim of having a pleasant stay.

2º. The apartment is rented with sheets (towels optional at 4€ per person).

3º. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 9:00 to 20:00)

Check-in time at the apartment: from 16:40 (if there are any guests leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00).

Check-out time from the apartment: no later than 11:00

4º. Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it when you leave, the kitchen must be left in its place, the dishes washed and without rubbish.

5º. Respect the rules and the neighbours.

6º. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of all guests and sign the contract.

7th. Tourist tax: €1 per person, per night and adult (only the first 7 nights are charged).

8th. Optional Wi-Fi is subject to a fee, priced at €5/day.
