The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living room has a double sofa bed for extra guests. Securely set within a well-maintained building, the apartment is positioned away from the main street, offering a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to the city's energy. The dedicated workspace, complete with a monitor and ergonomic chair, makes remote working easy. Just off St James’s Street, you're in the heart of the action while enjoying a quiet residential setting.

•⁠ ⁠Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Any dogs must be supervised and kept off soft furniture.

•⁠ ⁠Seagulls are part of Brighton life – we take steps to keep them off the terrace, but occasional visits are inevitable.

•⁠ ⁠Outdoor furniture will be available from mid-May. In the meantime, we’ve provided two folding camping chairs, which you’ll find in the bedroom cupboard — feel free to use them during your stay!
