Bright, spacious, and ideally located—this stylish 55m2 one-bedroom apartment sleeps two comfortably and can accommodate up to four with a sofa bed in the living room. Set in vibrant Kemptown, you're just moments from Brighton beach, the iconic Palace Pier, and a fantastic mix of restaurants, cosy pubs, and quirky cafés. Brighton train station is within easy reach on foot, by bus, or by taxi. An excellent base to explore, unwind, or work remotely by the sea.
Located on the third floor with lift access, the apartment has a generous open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area leading to a private terrace. The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living room has a double sofa bed for extra guests. Securely set within a well-maintained building, the apartment is positioned away from the main street, offering a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to the city's energy. The dedicated workspace, complete with a monitor and ergonomic chair, makes remote working easy. Just off St James’s Street, you're in the heart of the action while enjoying a quiet residential setting.
Guests have full access to the entire apartment.

• Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Any dogs must be supervised and kept off soft furniture.
• Seagulls are part of Brighton life – we take steps to keep them off the terrace, but occasional visits are inevitable.
• Outdoor furniture will be available from mid-May. In the meantime, we’ve provided two folding camping chairs, which you’ll find in the bedroom cupboard — feel free to use them during your stay!
