Beautiful Villa with Swimming Pool

This self-catering holiday home is located in Ferienresort Coochem. The interior is modern and complete. In the small but beautiful living room you will find a TV. In the open-plan kitchen you will find a dishwasher and a microwave. You will have three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with two single beds with boxes, which could be in a single or double unit. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor, both with three single box beds. There is a bathroom on each of the two floors, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. You will also find a separate toilet on each floor. There is a garden with a terrace, garden furniture and two sun loungers. The garden can be reached through French doors from the kitchen. A storage room and an outdoor sauna complete the picture. There is parking for one car near the holiday home. Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed.
