3/2 plus a DEN, Gulf Access, and Centrally Located Heated Pool Home!

Villa Sunrise is a Gulf Access Pool Home that has been in the rental program for a few years now. Its a great home in a perfect location to explore SW Florida!

Sunrise Villa gets its name from the perfect sunrise you will see every morning! You have Sun ALL DAY LONG here!! Its wonderful!!! Its on a Gulf Access Canal centrally located in Cape Coral. You can enjoy the pool all day long from the very first sight of that sun! Morning Coffee on the lanai is a must! The outside living space is my favorite it has a large area to spread out and its comfortable where you feel at home. The pool is a larger pool for our area and its electric and solar heated in the winter so you can fully enjoy your time here. Sunrise Villa is gulf access and sits on an extra wide canal that you can watch fish jump or even try to catch one! It also has a boat lift if you chose to rent a boat for your vacation!

Inside Sunrise Villa you have 3 bedrooms, a DEN, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook for the family if you chose to do so. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. We also have a den that has a 2 futons if you have a larger group. Look through the pictures and ask any questions you have!

We do have 2 Bikes, cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas. We have a propane grill on the lanai and plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxing! We would love to have you and your family stay and enjoy Florida as we do!

Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Kanal
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus verbracht. Alles war sehr gut und liebevoll vorbereitet, auch an Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und die Lage am Kanal ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Garage konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, weil ein PKW dort abgestellt wurde. Wir würden das Haus trotzdem immer wieder buchen.

We visited Cape Coral for a baseball tournament. This home was perfect for us! Very well-stocked kitchen for cooking, all bedrooms were very comfortable, the pool was refreshing and being on the canal was perfect for fishing! The only negative thing is we had a 3 year old and there were a lot of Knick knacks that little hands wanted to take and move around and could possibly break. We put everything up, but were worried we wouldn’t remember to put them back. But, overall it was a pleasant experience.

Our stay was great. Everything we needed for the 5 of us. The indoor and outdoor space was fully equipped. Kitchen had everything we needed for making meals as well as a grill outside. The screened in pool and lounge area was great to enjoy the outside until late at night. Beach toys, floats, and chairs along with a pull behind cart and coolers and ice packs made it easy for a day at the beach!!! Close to everything from airport to beaches grocery and attractions! Great property. A little modern in the decor for very young children but amazing location on a canal (kids caught a lot of fish and crabs), and super nice pool and outdoor area. Overall ok
The house was beautiful and very clean. It was well equipped with lots of amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The area is great, quiet, and hardly any traffic which was very relaxing. The only thing about this place is that the pool is only heated from 9am-5pm, which was strange because all of the other places we've stayed in in Florida would heat the pool nonstop. It stops heating at 5pm so if you are out all day exploring the neighborhood or at the beach, and come home later in the day, the pool cools down by 8pm. The property manager claims that the temperature should be 85 degrees but it was less than lukewarm and really not pleasant at all. When we contacted her about it, she immediately shut us off that there is nothing she can do, insinuating that we were just picky and others had no problem. She eventually said she would come out and take a look but never did. Overall, the place is nice and clean and in a good location, but the attitude from the property manager when we (the paying customer) requested something was honestly bitter and made us never want to return again.
