**Enjoy a late check out time of 4pm for the winter season (through March)**

Welcome to Kassa Blanca on the private side of Lake Anna! You and your guests will make a lifetime's worth of memories at this beautiful waterfront home. Enjoy the 250 feet of waterfront, large dock and boathouse, fire pit, outdoor shower, Trex deck and stone patio, all just steps to the water. Take the kayaks or stand up paddle boards out and cruise around the lake, fish off the dock, play games on the gently sloping lawn, have breakfast in the garden or enjoy happy hour on the screened-in porch. There is also a hot tub where you can take in the amazing view while letting all your cares slip away!

When you are inside this immaculate home, you will enjoy the quartz counter tops and spotless appliances in the newly updated kitchen, renovated bathrooms, three 50-inch+ smart TV's, luxury master bath and tasteful decor with over 3000 sq feet of living space! **2024 updates: new floors installed throughout the upper level and new outdoor shower. The house has everything you could need for a perfect family getaway! The fees include full linen service, towels, trash removal, and maid service. We have thought of every detail so all you have to worry about is enjoying all the lake has to offer.

A perfect lake house

Beautiful house… outside and in! Love the wide lake views, large partially shaded dock, nearly level lot, many water “toys”, lovely landscaping, very well-equipped kitchen, multiple interior living spaces/decks plus close proximity to grocery store. Very responsive owners as well!

Girls trip

We all had a fantastic time!! The house and property is absolutely stunning. The owners have thought of everything!! Stunning views of the lake as soon as you enter the house. Fantastic screened in porch area where we enjoyed meals and playing card games. A peaceful dock area to relax and read a book while enjoying the breeze off the lake. The hot tub was relaxing and the canoes/ kayaks were so much fun. It was a fantastic weekend getaway.

What a Gem!!

The pictures didn’t do this home justice. What an incredible home in a beautiful lakefront spot. Such a great setting for making great new memories with friends and family. Could not recommend this home any more. Had all amenities we wanted and more! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Kasa Blanca.

This is the second stay at Kasa Blanca for our group & we were very excited for a return visit. The home is lovely, very well equipped & offers a beautiful view of the lake. Had the weather been warmer we would have taken advantage of all the lake toys provided. Next time! Our group visits Lake Anna on average of twice per year. This is indeed the perfect Lake Anna waterfront home.

Northern Virginia Spring break getaway

Our family went for 3 days/4 nights and had a wonderful stay at this house. The weather this time of year didn’t cooperate so we could not really enjoy the lake or outdoors too much. The house is very clean and up to date. Kitchen has everything you need. The main floor was perfect for the adults to stay in the master suite and our kids stayed on the lower level. I think it would be difficult to have multiple couples since only one bedroom has the bathroom connected and downstairs all 3 rooms share a hallway bathroom. Tons of sitting areas inside and out. The hot tub was great. We enjoyed fishing off the dock. In better weather there are plenty of lake toys to use both by the dock and the garage so that looks fun! We were close to a few good restaurants we tried so overall great location.

Thanksgiving @ The Lake

Lovely house! My family plus a few extended family members had a FANTASTIC time! Great common areas to gather. And plenty of space to spread out. The dock and lake toys were a lot of fun. Beautiful surroundings. It was even pleasant for throwing a complicated meal away from home and the extra fridge was super helpful. Definitely on my list to return to!

Amazing

We can’t said enough about our stay. The house and property was amazing. Everything that you could think of was available. We spend a lot time on the dock/pier swimming and fishing. The rooms were comfy and the bathrooms were very clean and updated. We couldn’t believe that the week when by so quickly. The owner was always available to answer questions and give suggestions. We can’t wait to come back.

Perfect week at the lake!

Beautiful house with fantastic wide, gorgeously landscaped, nearly level lakefront & all the lake “toys” you’ll need. Lots of gathering spaces, an amazing dock, & comfortable beds; well equipped kitchen too. Quiet cove with clear deep water. Will definitely try to book again!!!!

Another incredible stay!

This was our 4th year staying at Kassablanca, and we still love every minute of it. We do have to save up all year to afford this fantastic place, but it is worth it. And the owners are SO responsive if you have any question or concern! Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

Stayed at this house for a long weekend with some of my girlfriends and we had a great time! Steps away from the water, a great dock to hang out on and swim off of or paddleboard (small fridge there was great to take down snacks and beverages!), and the hot tub was wonderfully relaxing! The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and then some, we had multiple lounge areas for the group, and the bedrooms were good size for adults. The upstairs shower was massive! Having a turnaround in the driveway made parking a breeze and, though we didn't need to go out during the weekend, we were super close to grocery stores and restaurants if needed. The hosts were very kind and extremely fast on responses to questions. I'm already talking to my husband about visiting again!

Abundant places to sit and enjoy the view or find just “me” time! Great kitchen and beautifully decorated. The owners were quick to help when we couldn’t figure out the TV. My fault for not reading the details that this place has a Keurig coffee maker and I goofed that it didn’t have a gas grill. They do have charcoal which they suggested bring charcoal- again my mistake- just figured they had both. The hot tubs was in a great spot and so nice in the evening. Next time and yes - I would love to go back, I’ll bring a mini grater for the fresh ginger in my Moscow Mule! BOOK THIS PLACE!

April swimming

Kids loved this quick trip to Lake Anna. The water was warm and all kids 8-18 were swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The dock was a lovely place for everyone to fit completely and hang out.

Absolutely beautiful house!

We rented the house for family to stay in for a wedding at Avonlea Farms. The house was clean and comfortable and had breathtaking views. I highly recommend this house.

Another wonderful girls weekend!

This was our second year staying at this property, and it was just as amazing as the first time! Everything from start to finish was perfect. Thanks for making our annual girls trip to the lake so much fun and so relaxing. The dock is our favorite place, followed by the hot tub and the sunroom. Sipping morning coffee on the screened porch is so peaceful and beautiful. We just can’t wait to do it all again next year!

Great waterfront home!!

We had a wonderful time at Kassa Blanca! The pictures don’t do the home or it’s views justice, we were blown away as we walked in the front door. The dock and water toys were a great addition as well. Perfect house layout for several couples or multiple families. We will be back!
