This rustic fully furnished apartment is a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath located steps to the lake in Angola NY. The apartment can accommodate 4 guests. All housewares and linens are included. Located in a private beach community, you will have access to the beautiful sand beach. We are located close to 3 parks, 2 golf courses, and several restaurants. We are located 26 miles form the city of Buffalo, 40 miles to Niagara Falls USA. The apartment is fully winterized so staying at any time of the year is an option. If you are in town for an event your hotel options are at least 15 -20 miles away. Winter or summer you can enjoy beautiful Angola on the Lake.The owner lives on site so any problems or concerns are addressed immediately. Minimum 7 night stay Memorial Day through Labor Day. NEW: CANOE AND KAYAK RENTAL AVAILABLE

Beach Getaway

A Great Vacation!

This is a great vacation property!! The owners are awesome, easily accessible but not intrusive. Very private, short walk to the beach! All around great stay!!

Adorable cottage within walking distance to the beach.

The cottage was cute and clean. The property manager was very responsive to any questions I had. It’s a short walk to the beach and nestled in a very quiet community which was lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Adorable beach cottage

My family stayed here for a week and it included everything we could have possibly need. Property was clean and orderly. Jean was very responsive to our texts when we had any questions. Can’t beat the walking distance to the amazingly clean beach from the cottage. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with access to an amazing beach.

The place was extremely clean and had everything that we needed. The location provides access (very short walk) to a great beach. Our family had a wonderful time and we hope to be back next summer!

Lake Erie Beach Vacation

Enjoyed the closeness to the beach. Very cozy, comfortable cottage that has 2 bedrooms. The owners, Jim and Jean, were very responsive to any of our requests and very nice to deal with. Suggestions : A) Provide grilling utensils such as a spatula, fork, tongs and a brush to clean the grate B) Hose in order to wash off sand from beach before entering the cottage
