Upper Pentlands - One bedroom luxury apartment with gym (pet-friendly)
Welcome to Upper Pentlands, located in the charming village of Thimbleby, the gateway to the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds – an area of outstanding natural beauty. With plenty of walking trails and cycling routes, you can enjoy stunning views of the countryside. Nearby, you'll find the historic town of Horncastle, the famous Woodhall Spa with its award-winning golf course and the unique Kinema in the Woods. RAF Coningsby and Cadwell Park race track are also just a short distance away.
Upon entrance, there is an open hallway with a winding staircase leading up to the apartment. Please note there is no disabled access.
The living space comprises underfloor heating throughout, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a reclining sofa, a TV, DAB radio and WiFi. Tea, coffee, bread, milk and cereals are provided, as well as a welcome basket with a few homely extras.
The bedroom consists of a super-king sized bed with all linen bedding, a dressing table, hairdryer, clothes rail with hangers, iron and ironing board. The ensuite shower room includes a heated towel rail, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap.
The gym consists of a treadmill, rowing machine, smith machine, bicep curl bar and seat, pull-up bar, multi-gym and a selection of free weights. The gym permits use at the user's own risk.
Upon arrival there is an allocated off-road parking space. The private entrance is to the rear of the property, situated next to our family home.
Details of access to the property and parking will be sent to you the day before you arrive.
Please note that there is CCTV surrounding our family home, with full view of our driveways and both front and rear gardens.
There is no electric car charging facilities on site.
