Massive four storey town house set up as three separate fully self-contained apartments!
Welcome to Grand Central Mansions; an entire house set over four floors. Situated in a lovely period townhouse near the pier and sea. Perfect for hen or stag groups, families & business guests; comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests. The house comprises of three fully self-contained apartments; but with plenty of entertaining space, large lounges, kitchens and many shower rooms. Ideal for large or smaller groups who also want privacy and space. Can be rented as one unit or individual apartments.
Our guests usually prefer to self-check in using the code lock, the code will be sent to you two days prior to your trip date. Apart from this we are of course on hand if you need any assistance or have any questions. During your stay if you need anything please contact our Property Manager Arune
The house is ideally situated very centrally overlooking Valley Gardens, only a few minutes walk to the sea front and pier. Although super central it is still quiet and private.
You will be given an access code for the house just prior to your trip; the front floor has a code lock and the internal three flats are all self contained and have their own smart lock too so your group can have as much privacy as they want.
Location is the key for this amazing townhouse with all amenities you could want just a short walk away.
Centrally located just minutes walk away from the pier, sea front and all major sights in Brighton. This lovely historic house overlooks the lovely Valley Gardens and is minutes away from the Old Steine and sea front with all of its bars, clubs, restaurants and of course the beach.
Also easily accessible is the bohemian and funky Kemp Town and also the North Laines and South Lanes are literally a few minutes walk over the road.
This house is split into three floors with vast amount of entertaining space making it ideal for large groups, hen or stag parties and business travellers. Each floor has a fully self contained apartment so you will have full privacy with a vast amount of entertaining space and several kitchens and many shower rooms.
The ground floor contains two bedrooms, plus a lounge and kitchen.
The first floor contains a massive dining room with huge dining table for up to 16 guests, plus kitchen and separate bedroom.
Finally the second floor contains a large lounge, with comfortable sofas and a wall mounted TV, plus another kitchen and three large double bedrooms!
All floors have great views over Valley Gardens and you are literally a stones throw away from the sea and pier.
We can also offer unique pamper packages and additional services with our preferred pamper partners available on request...
- Private Chef; stunning seasonal food using fresh ingredients in a wide choice of regional styles from Mediterranean, Asian to Persian with the emphasis on fresh, delicious flavours.

Brighton Coach Park - location in Sussex Place postcode BN2 9QN.
All bed linen and towels are provided, plus basic toiletries. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. Two single beds can be zipped together to provide a queen size bed on request when you book.
Please note with weekend bookings we will require you to book both Friday and Saturday nights and we have a two night minimum stay.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
