This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath house is a throw back to the good ol' days. Walk into this beach bungalow and enjoy the open floor plan of the living room and dining room. Flat screen tv mounted on the wall above the cozy fire place. Large, cheerful kitchen has lots of room and boasts a dishwasher. Front bedroom is extra large and has two closets, making this a room for two people, if you choose. Bathroom has tub/shower combo and is conveniently located in between the bedrooms. Back bedroom is small, yet has ample windows for a refreshing cross breeze and light. There is a bonus door, leading to the private backyard.
The backyard has a dining table and four chairs. Laundry room is off of the backyard. This property does not come with the garage, but you do have off street parking for two cars in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property; vaping, e-cigs, cigs and cigars. Thank you!
