Beautifully decorated ground level villa with open living areas, 70 Fairway is one of our exclusive Premier Properties. The rear lagoon view from the sunroom or patio will take your breath away! Just a short five minute walk to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches via Beach Access 45, puts you away from the crowds but still offers the convenience of a public restroom/changing area. Full size washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen are just some of the extra bonuses with this property.
As with all of our villas, two free bikes are included to explore the miles of Seapines bikes paths, many with low intensity lighting for riding safely at night. Harbour Town or the South Beach Village are just 1 1/2 miles away. Guided horseback rides go into the 600 acre forest preserve from Seapines Lawton riding stables--free petting zoo for all ages. The rear area bridge over the lagoon ends in a well maintained practice putting green.
Check in is a breeze as we mail your Sea Pines vehicle pass and door code to you ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need to stop and wait at security.

Loved Our Stay

Great villa in Sea Pines with beautiful water and golf course views. So clean you'd never know it's a pet-friendly unit. Well-equipped galley kitchen. We asked if we could pull the two twin beds together to make a king bed and the owner had it all setup for us when we arrived! We're fans of the board game Wingspan and enjoyed playing it on the table in the Carolina Room while watching many of the game's song birds and water birds fly by. Loved our stay with our son and his wife and their dog and would definitely stay here again.

Getaway

Very happy with the accommodation. Great location. The cart and umbrella were very handy for the beach and we loved sitting out back. Only negatives were we ran out of ice and couldn’t figure out what to do about it and also, on arrival, found a piece of chewing gum on the little blue table (I took a photo). Would def recommend it.

Relaxing Stay in Sea Pines

LOVED this place! We'd never stayed in Sea Pines before, but look forward to staying here again. The property was in a lovely setting, right off the golf course with access to a putting green from the back yard. Thoroughly enjoyed watching from the comfort of the lovely sunroom the golfers, alligators, and anhingas sunning themselves. The unit was very nicely decorated, and well-supplied. We really appreciated all of the amenities provided. Having bikes was really nice, and we took several easy rides through Sea Pines. The unit was about a .5 mile walk from the beach, but it wasn't a bad walk using the provided beach cart to carry everything we needed. Only downside was there was no pool (there is a Sea Pines community pool, but it is unavailable for 2024). Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Return to our Favorite!

We enjoyed a return visit to 70 Fairway which is a solid favorite place of ours in Sea Pines. It was lovely to share this villa with our parents from UK who have fallen in love with it just as we have. We loved walks to the beach, golfing, fishing in the Sea Pines Nature Preserve, and enjoying the views from the Carolina room eating take outs from our favorite restaurants. Highly recommend this wonderful villa run very well by Jessica.

Great Location

We absolutely loved the location near the putting green, lagoon, and tease of the fourth hole. It was so fun to walk to the beach, and a good distance, not too far. It was lovely to be on one level, and have a glass room to enjoy all the wildlife. Everything was ideal.

Great Place - GREAT Host!

First time in Sea Pines and we loved it! The house was nice with a great, quiet location. Jessica was incredible! We’ll be back next January for a month this time!

Another Excellent Stay at this Favorite Villa

We are becoming regulars at this wonderful villa in Fairway Villas. Love the walking distance to the beach, the putting green closeby and the Carolina room and its wonderful view. Bringing more family with us in the spring 2024, can't wait. Excellent property!

Sea Pines VRBO

Great location a block from the beach. Villa had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Lagoon view with plenty of wildlife. Restaurants all within close proximity. Owner immediately responded to a call. Took lovely bike rides through moss covered pines. Can’t wait to go back!

The villa has nice sized bedrooms, big living space and the Carolina room is the best. 2 bikes available, but we rented one more and the delivery was very fast. If you have children or bring a pet, there are GATORS...stay away from the many lagoons. Fun to look at the animals in the stables and the nearby pond is a roost for egrets at dusk...very beautiful. Do bring ypur own beach chairs; there were none .A relaxing stay

A fabulous week in HHI

My family and I are regular visitors to HHI. This was my first time though staying in Sea Pines and it didn’t disappoint! The Villa was exactly as advertised - clean - well supplied with all the comforts of home and the view of the greenway was amazing. Morning coffee in the sunroom was a must. Thank you to our hosts. We look forward to coming back soon.

This condo was very well equipped and clean. The spectacular view and the variety of wildlife along with the short walk to the beach make this a very desirable vacation spot. We enjoyed it.

Simply Wonderful!

We have been coming to HHI for several years and this is by far the best home we have stayed in. Perfect size for us.....very clean.....bright & cheery....great view....quiet....and the perfect location! We know where we will be staying when we return to HHI.

Wonderful Property to Make Family Memories

Jessica was an amazing host. She communicated everything from the beginning. Check in was easy. The property has an amazing location and was very clean. The condo itself has everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable. We ate all our meals in the sunroom. Loved watching the golfers and looking for gators. We made a lot of wonderful memories on our trip. Major plus we could bring our dog and have her there with us. The bottle of wine that she left us was a great touch. My kids didn’t want to leave the condo. They wanted to stay. We will requesting this condo next year! Thank you!!!

Well equipped Condo

We had a good week at this condo in spite of rainy, hot and humid weather (it was August in Hilton Head!). We loved watching the alligators, birds, and golfers. Most of our time was spent in the sunroom, where we ate all of our meals and enjoyed the view. The condo is very well equipped. We were not lacking anything in the kitchen and appreciated the beach towels, bikes and bathroom and kitchen supplies provided. It would have been good to have a vacuum cleaner or at least a broom and dustpan, so that we could sweep up sand. Items that need attention in the condo are the washing machine and the rug in the sunroom. Both need to be replaced. As was mentioned by a previous guest, the twin beds are very hard, lumpy and uncomfortable and probably need to be replaced as well.

Comfortable, relaxing stay.

We enjoyed the location with a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The Villa has everything you need. It's like a home away from home. Beautiful view to the lagoon.

First trip as empty nesters!

We loved the villa. Very clean with all the amenities. Just quiet and peaceful and the check in was done before hand so it was a breeze. Very short walk to the ocean.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time in Sea Pines. We were just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to other attractions on the island. The villa was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped. It was a very relaxing place to call home for a week. The only downside were the twin beds. They were a little too hard and not very comfortable for sleeping. I would suggest new mattresses. All in all we had a great time and will be returning to Sea Pines Next year.

Great experience

Great experience from booking to checkout. Timely communication with owner regarding questions, unit was clean and spacious, the two bikes on-site were nice, quick walk to the beach, enjoyed the private putting green and watching golfers tee off. Had a terrific week.

Beautiful Sea Pines Villa resort

We've stayed a several of similar resorts at Fairway Villas. This unit was absolutely great. Everything pictured was accurate. Very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. If we had to say anything negative, it would only be that we don't understand why anyone puts twin beds in a rental.
